Partnership Facilitation for Family Assurance Friendly Society


Family Assurance, the UK's leading provider of tax-exempt friendly society bonds, commissioned ConsultAffinity to support its affinity marketing team in securing new marketing partnerships. 

Changes in polarisation regulations have enabled the Society to work with a much broader range of organisations than before in offering regulated financial services on a direct offer basis. In the context of this broadened market opportunity, ConsultAffinity's role included:

  • Assisting with the identification of prospective partners. 

  • Working with Family to develop presentation materials.

  • Establishing contact with key decision makers in target organisations.

  • Meeting with prospects to promote Family's proposition before handing relationships over for the agreement of detailed marketing activities. 

The project resulted in a number of introductions, in respect of which activities subsequently continued on a direct basis.
